They look to be a great tire for the woods and the typical mud holes that we ride, not extremely deep mud but enough to need an aggressive lug. Having a stiff Radial carcass gives the MotoClaw better stability at higher speeds and a DOT approved tread and speed rating keep you safe on any hard pack. EFX MotoClaw 28x10R14. The MotoVator is a true radial, steel belted, puncture resistant tire, capable of high speeds … There is no comparison to an EFX Tire. If y'all do this it would fill a big gap in the market place and in my garage. The Motovator is loaded with features and cutting edge engineering. The thing that gives me pause though is that stock motor/stock gearing already breaks the tires loose in turns when pulling in 2nd or 3rd at 7000+. JavaScript is disabled. Quality review as usual. I dont mind the 14" wheel size for trail riding. It's a true radial 8 ply tire with a puncture resistant steel belted construction. I'm up here in the Verde Valley and the trails are similar. Discount prices on all Hard Surface Tires. Im looking for a same size tire in 10" wide tread with 27 to 28 tall. With that, this forum and lots of googling, I was able to narrow it down to the new 10-Ply Kanati Mongrels or the EFX Moto Claw. I have about 550 miles on mine and they will sure make 1000 miles....and some. Top speed of 66 and *brutal* acceleration plus a nice low 1st gear might actually be more fun for these windy forest service roads. The better crawl control in 1st would be nice but I'm not sure the rest of the torque wouldn't go to waste. Also pm cost of 4 27x10x14 shipped to 33594.

Available in 27x10x14 and 30x10x14. As it stands, with the Weller reflash, I can hit 74 MPH at around 11,500 RPM, if I need to (but I don't want to, much). These tires do look nice. The MotoClaw is available in both 30x10x14 and 27x10x14 and is an 8-ply, Radial, DOT approved tire which means it is speed rated for higher speed street use.
Finally showed up. Guessing the Hammers will be lousy in any mud, so leaning toward Motoclaw, but don't want to completely destroy yard or vibrate the heck out of things when on hard pack or road.
